About me
I am an Usui Reiki Master, hospice volunteer, and a Speech-Language Pathologist. As a hospice volunteer, I treat the patients with reiki, guided meditations, and provide the caregivers with emotional support. I am currently training to become a Breath of Gold Facilitator to provide clients with with modern types of breathwork such as circular connected breathwork, three-part breathwork, and 4-8 breathing.
