After overcoming a debilitating skin infection that impaired my internal organs and left me bedridden, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Through meditation, I harnessed the universe's energy to rebuild my strength and vitality, surpassing my pre-illness capacity.
Now, I'm passionate about helping others release and recapture the energetic and physical tension we accumulate in our daily lives. Together, we'll celebrate the joy of being alive, moment by moment.
