About me

"Welcome to Reconnection Yoga Therapy, LLC! I'm Katie Pine, a passionate C-IAYT Yoga Therapist based in Denver. With over 1,000 hours of teaching and training experience, I'm dedicated to supporting your therapeutic journey through personalized in-person and virtual sessions.

At Reconnection Yoga Therapy, we believe that you are already perfect and whole. Our holistic treatment plans, tailored to your unique needs, will guide you in reconnecting with your true, inherently healed self. Through grounding and awareness practices, breath and nervous system regulation, and deep relaxation techniques, we'll work together to cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being.

Whether you're experiencing dis-ease, disconnection, anxiety, pain, fatigue, or illness, Yoga Therapy can help. No previous yoga experience is necessary. During your first visit, we'll review your intake form and goals, conduct physical, breath, and energetic assessments, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan that seamlessly integrates into your daily life.
