About me
About me
One of my first memories as a small child was depression. What a strange feeling for a three year old to have? Now, looking back I realize I was an empath or a sensitive but was too young to understand. As a child I went through different traumas that held me back from being my true self and instead led me on a path to being bullied, depressed, and anxious with health problems and at times emotional turmoil. Despite all of this I was interested in health including healthy eating and cooking.
