About me
Meet Sarah Lawson, your resistance dissolving guide. She helps women clear energetic and emotional resistance so they can move from frustration to flow. With over 15 years of experience in the healing arts, Sarah creates transformative spaces through emotional clearing and energy work, and deep connection. Her extensive training includes Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, Laughter Yoga, Coaching, Kabbalistic Healing, Meditation. She’s had the privilege of studying at the Omega Institute and facilitating workshops at Interfusion Festival.
At the heart of Sarah’s work is a core belief: healing doesn’t have to be heavy—it can be playful, uplifting, and rooted in the body and Soul’s innate wisdom to restore balance.
