Expand Your Possibilities with the Feldenkrais Method®
My name is Seth Dellinger. I have done many different things in my life including composing orchestral music, marching for immigrant rights, driving a taxi cab and inventing my own imaginary phonetic language! I recently returned to school to pursue a Masters program in Speech Language Pathology.
Today, I am proud to be a certified teacher of Awareness Through Movement® (ATM), a unique form of guided exploratory movement that opens a doorway into our central nervous system and creates opportunities for us to re-wire it! This is the group format of the Feldenkrais Method of somatic education. I am also the main organizer of the DC Feldenkrais Festival.
(The 3rd Festival is coming up on March 21! Find all the details at https://www.smore.com/yzzmw-the-3rd-dc-feldenkrais-festival)
If you live in the Washington DC area, please consider experiencing the Feldenkrais Method with me first hand to find out how it can improve your life!
I currently teach Awareness Through Movement at the Chevy Chase Community Center in NW Washington DC and in the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland, College Park. I am also available to teach private ATM classes.
