About me
After teaching Yoga since 2009, Shaunna received her Yoga Therapeutics certification in 2017 to further her healing and help others heal.
She has suffered from Chronic Fatigue, Fibro Myalgia, arthritis, and Lyme disease with little help from Western doctors.
She soon realized there was a huge missing component, FOOD. She became a certified Health Coach in 2021 and soon realized what unique nourishment her body needs, She has been helping others find their unique nourishment and gain relief from chronic pain, inflammation, and other concerns with great success.
