"Welcome! I'm a passionate energy psychologist and transformational coach dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their authentic selves and thrive. With a Master's in Psychology and extensive PhD coursework, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice, where I've been helping clients achieve profound, lasting results since 2015.
My own journey with energy psychology began in 2004 when it unexpectedly freed me from crippling social anxiety in just days, after years of traditional therapy.
