Do you offer virtual services?

Yes. Soul Coaching and retreat collaborations are available virtually, allowing you to connect from anywhere in the world.

Do you offer Reiki or bodywork?

Yes, as part of an Integrative Bodywork experience. Sonya draws on her background in Reiki, massage, and somatic healing to support emotional release and energetic balance. These sessions are offered selectively or as add-ons for established clients.

Do you still offer full massage sessions?

Not as a primary service. Massage is now integrated into select healing sessions for existing clients and retreats. Her focus today is soul coaching, transformational guidance, and retreat facilitation.

What happens in a Discovery Call?

The Discovery Call is a complimentary 20-minute phone or Zoom session to connect, discuss your goals, and see which offering best supports your journey.

Where are you located?

Sonya is based in the Greater St. Louis, Missouri area for in-person sessions and offers coaching and retreat facilitation worldwide via Zoom.
