About me

"Are you feeling lost, alone, and struggling with unexplained symptoms like insomnia, weight gain, hair loss, anxiety attacks, depression, body aches, or hot flashes? I've been there too. In 2018, I embarked on an eight-year healing journey after Western doctors left me with unanswered questions and offered only antidepressants as a solution. Determined to find the root cause, I turned to the Eastern world and discovered that the body, mind, energy, and spirit are all interconnected and dependent on one another.

Through the support of naturopaths, Reiki Masters, energy workers, a health and wellness coach, and a therapist, I learned to navigate life as an empath, improve my relationship with stress, and address the underlying causes of my symptoms. Today, I am free from PMDD, hot flashes, body aches, anxiety attacks, hair loss, and depression. I have developed healthy eating habits and workout routines to lose weight and keep it off, which has also improved my sleep.
