“As I write this I am thinking how great I feel, and at the same time I regret having not jumped in sooner. I followed Stephanie as well as others mentioning the FWTFL for 6 months before reaching out to ask questions. Stephanie was prompt in her response and addressed my concerns. I am a stickler and by the time I reached out to her, I had already read the book and referenced the science. Stephanie’s lifestyle and style seemed to match mine so I thought that she would be ideal. We kicked off the round and she was thorough and held us accountable. She gave us tips and kept us engaged and encouraged. I joined to lose the weight that I gained when I moved a few years ago. I saw the mentions of gaining energy and all the other benefits but I thought that would never be the case for me. I thought that since I am a mom who works full time, a den leader for my son’s Cub Scout pack, and an active PTO committee member that life would just be exhausting. Well I was WRONG! Not only have I trimmed down considerably (down 16 lbs and 3.5” off my waist), I am sleeping better (I had struggles staying asleep at night) and I have more energy to devote to my life’s activities. I am spending WAY less time working out and I am eating SO MUCH real food. Now this next benefit is worth every last dime: I have been experiencing severe hair loss since 2016. It was coming out in massive amounts straight from the roots. Well I didn’t want to believe it at first but now when I comb my hair I don’t have clumps of hair to take pics of to document. I noticed this 3 weeks into the program. I went into this hoping to get my sexy back 😂but gained so much more and I have Stephanie’s guidance and the FWTFL program to thank for that.”

About me

Stephanie is tearing down popular diet culture myths as an online health and wellness coach for females who have lost their confidence and swagger.

Over the course of the last three years, she has helped hundreds of women lose weight with a simple roadmap to help them step out of unhappiness and shame and step into a life of contentment and self-assurance. As a former college athlete and 25 year veteran elementary school teacher, Stephanie’s expertise revolves around personally working 1:1 with clients and teaching them how to create a healthy sustainable lifestyle so that they can be the best version of themselves without sacrifice.

With the obesity rate at 42.5% in US adults over age 20, and the cost of healthcare skyrocketing, Stephanie is committed to helping her clients shed those unwanted pounds and help them have more energy, and more confidence so that they feel equipped to handle anything life throws at them.

"After completing 2 rounds of FWTFL, I have lost 13 pounds and 22"! I had so many worries at the beginning about intermittent fasting and tracking macros. I have found these to be extremely easy to implement. The carb cycling is great, as it allows for a variety of foods, and the workouts tied to each day made it so easy to follow. I have tried EVERY diet and fad weight loss. Had success with the majority as log as I stayed with the program and bought the shakes, pills, packaged foods and stayed miserable with the unattainable way of eating for myself and my family. I am a work in progress and will continue to stay in the program so I can really understand what foods/macros my body needs to burn fat the most efficiently. My greatest successes so far have been drinking more water, intermittent fasting (which I LOVE!), and knowing how to eat a more healthy, well-balanced, whole food diet. I've been getting a lot of compliments on my skin and I'm also noticing that I've toned up in my waist over the past 6 weeks! My sugar craving has drastically reduced and I no longer eat when I'm bored, which I didn't even know I was doing. I am so glad that I took the leap and joined Stephanie! This program has made such a huge difference in how I view eating and exercise. My entire life I have believed in order to lose weight meant I had to drastically restrict calories and increase my cardio. Boy I wished I had the knowledge of this program 20 years ago! I am most pleasantly surprised by the fact that I eat MORE food rather than closely watch my calorie intake which unbeknownst to me was doing the exact opposite - it was killing my metabolism to a slow crawl. My second high point is I am spending less time at the gym. That is right LESS time! I am not spending hours at the gym like I had done for so many years. I learned I don’t need to spend an hour doing cardio to lose inches! This program is easy to follow. I have had success by just eating the right foods along with combining the right type of exercises. The program cost may turn some away but keep in mind learning how to eat smart and exercise smart while seeing results will be something you carry with you forever. That value was worth every penny! I have lost 11 ½ inches and 11 pounds in my 6 weeks …I am 100% behind this program and will take this new knowledge with me as my “new way of living”!
"In 6 weeks of FWTFL, I have noticed many subtle and also specific measurable changes. I lost 15.5” & 10#, have more energy & look forward to my workouts! I started the beginner workouts slowly as I was recovering from a couple surgeries. I was completely out-of-shape and didn’t even know if I’d be able to lift weights. It is so easy to pull up the workout on my phone & do it in my family room. Easing into the nutrition piece, I have followed the macro guidelines but have not gone completely dairy-free, grain-free or gluten-free. I love the weekly variety of low-carb, high-macro & low-macro days because I never feel deprived. It is very important for me to know that I’m eating a well-balanced diet with a lot of fruits & vegetables. One key component of this program is accountability to our coach & training group. Stephanie is a fantastic & supportive coach! She is incredibly positive & posts lots of helpful ideas. I never dread any aspects of the program. This program really helped to improve my overall health.
