As a Certified Yoga Therapist with The International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), Susan brings a deep understanding of the healing power of yoga to each session. Her extensive training includes L.M.U. Yoga Rx, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Hours, and Certified Prime of Life teacher with the Samata International Yoga Center.

Susan's passion for yoga therapy stems from her own journey of healing from chronic pain and injuries sustained during her career as a professional dancer. Through yoga, she found relief and a renewed sense of well-being, inspiring her to help others on their path to wellness.

In her classes and private sessions, Susan creates a soothing and supportive environment where you can explore the benefits of yoga therapy. She expertly adapts each practice to suit your individual needs, empowering you with the tools to manage pain, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit.
