About me
I've always been a helper and bring my experience in the physical, mental and emotional realms together to provide my clients with an eclectic, holistic approach to healing. I love helping others calm the nervous system to decrease stress, anxiety and overwhelm, and to develop self-love and self-compassion.
As a Highly Sensitive Person myself I understand the challenges that sensitivities can present, but also know that they can become a super power. I love helping other HSPs develop tools and shift mindset and learn how to not just survive, but thrive.
