About me

"About Me and My Approach to Holistic Healing

As a licensed massage therapist with extensive training in energy healing modalities, my philosophy of care is centered around helping you connect deeply with yourself and tap into your inner wisdom. Through a blend of massage therapy, hands-on energy healing, life coaching, and intuitive guidance, I create a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings, release old patterns, and embrace your highest potential.

During our sessions, we'll work with your chakra system, using breathwork, sound healing, essential oils, and crystal therapy to balance your energy and promote deep relaxation. I'll guide you through techniques like Thought Field Therapy (TFT) and Spiritual Response Technique (SRT) to help you navigate past traumas and childhood wounds, empowering you with the tools to heal and transform your life.

My approach is inspired by a diverse range of healing traditions and mentors, including Anodea Judith's work on the psychology of the chakra system, Caroline Myss's teachings on the energetics of healing, and the sacred practices of the Vesta Mystery School. I am dedicated to creating a personalized, compassionate, and transformative healing experience for each of my clients.
