My personal goal is to understand your unique situation (e.g. bad back, cancer, sciatic nerve issues, stressed, etc.) and feelings. Then, based on the information you provided, I will guide you to the appropriate yoga and meditation modalities that best address your situation. At the end of your session, you will relief in your issue (i.e. pain, etc), feel peace and calmness. It is possible that you need several sessions to totally address the underlying root cause of the issue (i.e. back pain, anxiety and pain associated with cancer treatments, etc.)

I meet the requirements set by Yoga Alliance (YA) and International Association of Yoga Therapist (IAYT). As of today, I have 1000+ hours of yoga classroom training ranging from breathing, yoga and meditation. After my 200 hours of yoga training, I was able to take more in-depth yoga courses that taught me how to use yoga to address specific issues like pain in the back, sciatic nerve, cancer, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) etc. I have 20+ years of actual hands-on teaching students in gyms, health clubs and yoga studio. I started having private clients in 2007.
