After spending many years in both the mental health and medical fields, our team of professionals are uniquely aware of the rampant burnout and stress both individuals, & the collective, are experiencing on the whole. Using our professional backgrounds in social work & nursing, while integrating mindfulness based techniques & practices, we are supporting busy folks through overwhelm. From general stress, mental health issues like anxiety or depression or medical health issues / disease causing stress to the mind & body, we can provide the necassary help & support to move through stress & come out on the other side with lifelong, effective tools for managing any storm of life.
