Working with individuals, couples, families and in group settings to ultimately help promote raising consciousness and connection, to align, reconnect with their bodies, release unresolved trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational issues, stress, restore the nervous system and much more. While empowering, taking on an inner strength based perspective with her clients, she allows a safe space for them to connect intuitively to themselves to rediscover their own power, taking the necessary steps to build upon and expand to make positive life lasting change within themselves and within their lives. She assists those to gain a sense of internal power, connection, meaning and purpose. She believes in eclectic progressive applications of Mind Body Spirit integration, Holistic- whole person approach to wellness, using the many facets to heal ourselves. She has been driven in helping her clients shift their lives from fear and disconnection back to connection, heart-centered, soulful living. She instills hope, believes that it is possible to ‘find peace within the chaos’.
