"Welcome to my holistic healing practice, where I combine my 20 years of nursing experience with a deep passion for natural healing methods. My journey began in 2011 when I received my first Reiki session, which opened my eyes to the incredible power of energy healing and mind-body practices. Since then, I have dedicated myself to exploring and mastering these gentle yet transformative forms of self-care, including nurse coaching, Reiki, and essential oil therapy.
