As a wife, mother of three, and former corporate professional, I understand the challenges of balancing personal well-being with the demands of everyday life. My own journey of self-discovery began after leaving my 18-year career to focus on my family and health. Losing my father to pancreatic cancer was a turning point that inspired me to prioritize my physical and mental well-being, leading me to become a certified nutrition and personal training coach.
