From my early beginnings at age 17, I've immersed myself in the study and practice of various modalities, including Jin Shin Do Acupressure, therapeutic massage, connective tissue work, Reiki, and Biodynamic Craniosacral (BCS). As a certified BCS practitioner and soon-to-be instructor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the body's innate wisdom to support your healing process.
