About me
About me
I'm a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner who is specializing in mental health and how it is impacted by diet and lifestyle choices. After an 8 year career in the restaurant industry as a cook and then a pastry chef, I left work to be a stay at home parent to my two daughters. During this time our family struggled with food sensitivities and I found it isolating and lonely. I became very interested in learning how to cook around my daughter’s food sensitivities and my own, so we could feel a bit more “normal”.
