As a Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience in clinical and leadership positions, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by those promoted to leadership without the necessary skills and training. That's why I'm passionate about helping people increase work satisfaction through effective leadership, human behavior, motivation, and change management.
My personal leadership journey began with leading Home Care Rehab staff in the ever-changing US healthcare system.
