About me
"Welcome! I'm Vicki, and I've been living ""The Fasting Focused Lifestyle"" since August 2018. Like many, I struggled with emotional eating and obesity since childhood. But through fasting, I've shed 203.8 pounds in two years, going from a size 24/26 to 10 pants and from XXL to small-sized tops – all without any weight loss or skin removal surgery. My journey has taken me from ""Morbidly Obese"" to ""Normal"" on the BMI charts, and the results are real, authentic, and achievable!
Fasting is now a cherished part of my daily life.
