I am the "Potluck Queen" of Women's Groups, even for a group of two, like you and me :-)
I "vision-in" sacred space for Individual Meetings, Women's Retreats, Groups and Sweet Soul Sister Circles, and then invite women to co-create environments where women feel safe, welcomed and loved for their authentic selves.
This is the heart of all our services, and just like a Potluck in its truest meaning, each of us, bring what we have, we bring ourselves.
Whether at a group, retreat or circle,
each woman brings her own wisdom, loving energy, unique gifts and talents.
And when like-hearted women gather with these intentions, organically, we co-create an environment for personal growth & meaningful connections.
This is the magic of Love Your Life Co-Creations –
because it isn't what you do, or even who you are,
it is this desire for introspection, grounded-ness, and personal growth that we all have in common.
And this is how we Co-Create meaningful connections within ourselves and with each other!
Love Your Life Co-Creations Offers a variety of ways to facilitate personal growth and connection through individual meetings, groups, retreats and circles - for more information on my groups, retreats and circles www.LoveYourLifeCoCreations.com
"Shoulder Shaking", Life Altering Experience of Breast Cancer.
Breast cancer is the reason I became a Life Coach for Women.
It took me two years to recover from breast cancer surgery and treatment, and I knew I could never go back to my stressful job and the way I was living my life if I wanted to be healthy, so I searched my heart, and asked the most loving question,
"What Does Victoria Want?"
I realized from working with women for over 20 years, that this was the question that many of us struggle to answer and even if we do know what we want, it is difficult to implement.
I surely had several reasons why I thought I couldn't get what I wanted, but breast cancer gave me the opportunity to take a look at where my life was and where I truly want to go from there - I knew I had to make big changes.
I also knew that other women were experiencing their own "Shoulder Shaking" experiences and many would welcome support while they asked their own loving questions.
One of the biggest changes I made was to lower the stress in my life by doing only what I truly love - and being the "Potluck Queen of Groups" is what I love!
So I gave up my job, completed a Life Coaching Certification and together with my graduate degree, and experience in working with students and Women in Transitions programs I began this unique coaching service.
One day a woman who'd attended a few of my special events called me to say she'd love to attend one of my groups. I asked her which one she was interested in. She said, "honestly, it doesn't matter. I am just longing to connect with other women."
This woman reminded me of the need we all have, and as a result my practice shifted to focus more on connection with self and others.
Brene' Brown defines connections as,
“The energy that exists between people
when they feel seen, heard, and valued;
when they can give and received without judgment, and
when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.”
So this is my focus in my practice:
seeing, hearing, valuing women without judgment, so they can find and/or revive the strength and the wisdom that is within themselves to make changes that serves their highest good.
My role is to hold sacred space with you; to see you, hear you, and reflect your value without judgment, so you can find and/or revive the strength and wisdom that is within you to make changes in your life that serves your highest good.
