About me
About me
My name is Lauren Sepe and I am a functional nutritionist. Vita Sana literally means "healthy life," as this is my goal for all my clients. I received a Master of Science (M.S.) in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport (UB) in Connecticut, which is a functional medicine-based program. Functional medicine looks at the root cause of each patient’s health concern, rather than simply treating the symptoms.
