Life is a journey full of unexpected twists and turns, but it's these very experiences that shape us into who we are meant to be. As a 54-year-old holistic practitioner, I've discovered my true calling: being a conduit for healing. From my humble beginnings on a Nebraska dairy farm to my transformative years as a competitive volleyball player, educator at Boys Town, and physical therapist specializing in chronic pain, each chapter of my life has taught me invaluable lessons.

Motherhood brought compassion and the ability to nurture, while divorce and starting anew in a different town pushed me to confront my own traumas and rebuild my life. Through this process, I discovered an inner strength and resilience I never knew I possessed. It is this personal journey of healing that has equipped me with the tools to help others tap into their own innate wisdom and healing energies.

I believe that every human being possesses the ability to create a self-sustaining system by connecting to the healing energies within and around them. Life's traumas and pain can disrupt this connection, but through our work together, we will integrate your Body, Mind, and Spirit, enabling you to once again flow with these powerful energies and handle whatever challenges come your way.
