About me

About me
I struggled with loving myself and my body and put all of my self worth into what other people thought of me for so many years. The pivoting point for me was after my last relationship ended over 4 years ago. Going through the heartbreak pushed me to peel away at layers of myself that I’ve been avoiding for years and really learn about who I am down to the core. During this journey, I discovered Reiki and meditation, which were tools that have helped me heal and really learn to tune into my body and figure out who I was at my core.
