About me
About me
I am a life and weight loss coach and an oncology nurse practitioner. I had been overweight most of my life and gained and lost the same 30 lbs over and then gained more trying all the diets. Then I found a self coaching program that gave me my own personal weight loss transformation of 55 lbs over 1 year and I have kept 45 lbs off. Coaching has also helped me heal a few broken relationships and has helped in every area of my life. I became a life coach so I could help other people do the same. I live with my husband, Dad and have 2 grown children.
