After dealing with my own digestive, thyroid, energy, and hormonal issues, I healed my body and you can TOO. I have found healthy & sustainable ways to support my body & facilitate healing. I have found much success in healing modalities such as nutrition therapy, acupuncture, sound medicine, plant medicine, mind + bodywork, energy healing, supplementation & lifestyle changes. I know I am not alone, and there are others out there who are struggling with the same issues. I did not want to live on laxatives/medications for the rest of my life, and neither should you.
