About me

My name is William Fogarty, and I'm a former athlete who dreamed of being the best in the world. I was taken over by addiction when I realized my dreams could never come true.

Buddhist Psychology and Philosophy helped liberate me from these patterns of alcohol addiction, codependency, fast food addiction, and cannabis addiction.

I became free of all my addictions and want to help others do the same.
