By using an eclectic approach, I blend my skills as a licensed mental health counselor along with the holistic modalities of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique/“Tapping”) and Shamanic healing.

My Inspiration
I entered into this life walk as an Aries, INFJ, Life Path 11/2, Light worker and Healer. Many Guides and Teachers have assisted me on my Journey thus far, and I welcome those who are waiting to assist with further growth when this student is ready to receive!
