There are many situations in life that can cause you to feel overwhelmed.
I’ve been practicing psychotherapy for a number of years both in clinic setting and in private practice. In that time, I have had the pleasure of doing meaningful work with a vast and diverse population: all ages, ethnicities, orientations and walks of life. I’ve done individual, group, couple, child-parent and family work. My style of treatment is eclectic, integrating humanism, psychoanalysis, and CBT with a keen instinct for following your need.
I have found that my most meaningful work is with individuals riddled with stress, depression, and/or anxiety.
