About me

Like everyone, I experienced trauma in my life. My father passed away when I was young, I was raised in a large family, where money was always tight, I struggled with learning disabilities, I am divorces, and had to create a new existence on my own. After experiencing rREST sessions and Life Coaching, I became less reactive and decided I needed to share this with others! I have over 40 years of experience, starting our S a YouTube Minister in the 1980's, helping families, parents, and kids work through issues. As a Dream Builder Coach, I am also helping people build new lives that they love living!
The tools I use to work with clients is complete as it addresses the Mind, Body, and Soul. I will lead you down the path of healing yourself naturally!
