Born in Japan and raised across multiple continents, I've been immersed in diverse cultures and ways of life. This unique upbringing ignited my passion for exploring the essence of our existence beyond the confines of religion - a quest for authentic spirituality.

From a young age, the arts captivated me as a means of expressing the inexpressible. Dance injuries in my 20s introduced me to the transformative power of energy and intuitive healing, defying the limitations of conventional medicine. Personal challenges, including the loss of my father and a painful divorce, propelled me into the depths of yoga, meditation, and shamanic teachings.

Under the guidance of Toltec shaman Don Miguel Ruiz, I rediscovered my innate ""sight"" and embarked on profound journeys to sacred sites worldwide. Tantric meditations and trips to India further honed my intuition and energy body. These experiences, coupled with countless healing encounters and lessons, have shaped me into the practitioner I am today.

Having navigated my own path from hurt and confusion to love and connection, I am living proof that transformation is possible for anyone. My mission is to empower others on their wellness journey, helping them reconnect with their authentic soul fire and inherent wholeness.
