Dr. White is professional, while also being down to earth. She made me feel comfortable, seen and heard. She asked relevant questions and helped me realize things about myself that I hadn't thought about. When I started therapy with Dr. White, I was anxious and stressed. While I still have work to do on myself, I'm now in a better frame of mind, and feel much better about the direction my life is going.

Amy has been working with me on body code and emotion code. The results have been immediate and kind of mind blowing. You don't realize how much you normalize suffering until it starts to get exposed and that energy goes away. My body feels at rest, my energy is being restored, and bothersome situations have started to become more clear after only 3 sessions!
