Attuned in the Usui lineage for Reiki, I incorporate sacred symbols during each session. When guided, I may also harness the power of crystals to enhance the healing experience. My approach is tailored to your specific needs, ensuring a transformative and personalized session.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit
Our journey together begins with an initial consultation to discuss your goals and areas of focus. If this is your first in-person Reiki experience, you will complete an information sheet and sign a waiver. During the Reiki or sound healing session, you will be immersed in a serene atmosphere, promoting deep relaxation. Some individuals may feel the energy flow, while others may not. In our post-session wrap-up, I will share any intuitive guidance that emerged during the session.

As someone who has personally battled anxiety, depression, addiction, and chronic illness, I deeply understand the challenges you may be facing.
