About me
"Welcome! I'm Alexandra, a passionate Somatic Experiencing® practitioner dedicated to helping you find healing, safety, and connection within yourself. My journey began in Wisconsin, where I discovered the transformative power of spiritual healing containers after facing personal challenges. For the past decade, I've supported individuals and groups through massage therapy, yoga, breathwork, and shadow work.
In 2020, I felt called to deepen my ability to provide trauma-informed care, leading me to train with the International Institute for Trauma Healing.
