I flourished in a small town called Granville as a runner and animal rescuer. When it came time to leave my familiar bubble, I went 30 minutes West to The Ohio State University where I majored in Zoology, on the Pre-Veterinary Medicine track. It wasn’t long before I noticed how “whacky” the allopathic or conventional medical system can be…I sought a new approach, one that didn’t just hide symptoms.
In 2017, after battling with every one of my doctors, who were telling me my symptoms were genetic and irreversible, I tried a holistic and natural approach to my health and wellbeing. I could hardly believe what an empowering and remarkable transformation I had undergone from adopting this new perspective. Natural/Functional/Systems Medicine is an effective way to heal, but most doctors don't practice it yet...🤞
Come 2019, I felt so inspired by the changes I made and results I obtained, that I wanted to help others who were being told "there's nothing you can do.”
Now, as an FMCHC, I am on a mission to educate and support others in a transformation to their ideal selves and to manifest the vision that currently lies in the mind’s eye! My focus is on hormonal imbalances (like PCOS), gut dysfunction, nutrition, functional movement, and mindset.
I find joy in gardening, reading, fermenting, cooking, everything outdoors, running, yoga, smiling, sipping tea, crafting, bonding with my pets, and connecting with people heart to heart.
I look at each client as a whole, and unique individual with full creative potential. I encourage people to believe in the power of the mind and I am convinced that finding balance among the five pillars of health (nutrition, hydration, movement, sleep, and relationships) is a key to well-being.
A free 30-min "Meet & Greet" where we get to know one another, and explore what each of us will bring to the coach-client relationship. I might ask about current and future goals, motivation for change, desires, struggles, and past successes. If there is a mutual interest in moving forward we will schedule a "Foundation Session," a 60-90 min session where we dig into the meat of what you want, what is preventing you from getting it, what tools and resources are available, and how I can help!
