About me
I have always loved nutrition, health, and fitness and made a career of it 8 years ago. At around the same time that I began doing personal training I got an autoimmune and Lyme disease diagnosis. Working conventionally just was not enough for me so I turned to a functional medicine practitioner who helped guide me to different options that allowed me to significantly improve along with lifestyle changes. I took it upon myself to dig into health even more deeply by reading studies, books, and articles. Step by step I built habits that lead me to a pain free and healthier life.
