About me

Andrea Alexander has been on a journey of discovering how to love how she feels and recreate her life in JOY. After over four decades of punishing herself with food and drugs to alleviate hating herself and her body she decided she had lived in the pain of not knowing long enough.

Waking herself up to the power of her words, thoughts, feelings and the language of her body forged a great love affair within her to meet her soul and recover the truth of her innate being of pure love.

As Andrea’s old wounds began to heal, she realized that her mission in life is to support others in healing their own victimization. Using the tools of language and our body’s symptoms to change the addictive narrative others are having with themselves that are keeping them stuck and sick.

Andrea has been vigilant to her own raising and sharing her gifts with others for over nine years. She has transformed her body and her mind, unwinding decades of old beliefs about herself and life. In this she has remembered how to love herself and found her security in letting others and life love her in return.

All that we require to reclaim love and joy lies within us, we have wanted to change how we feel and had yet to discover how because we have been living in our limiting beliefs and trying to fix what was wrong.
