"Are you looking for a holistic approach to improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being? As a certified 500-hour yoga instructor and Yoga Therapist candidate (C-IAYT) from the IAYT-accredited Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy program, I am dedicated to helping you find balance and reduce suffering through the ancient practice of yoga.
My personal journey with yoga began in college as a means to lose weight, but I quickly discovered its profound impact on reducing anxiety and panic attacks.
