Motivated by a desire to help others, I pursued formal training in massage therapy at the Ashland Institute of Massage. Since then, I have continuously expanded my knowledge and skills, becoming certified in various modalities such as Polarity, Reiki, Psych K, Chakra clearings, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Health and Wellness Coaching, and Hypnosis.
