About meI learn and keep learning to stay informed of my clients needs and how best to help them help themselves. I use talk therapy as well as hypnotherapy and am certified in Reconnective Healing , as well as an Alpha Stim distributor,and Lifewave distributor.
I am trained in various mtheods of hypnosis- heart centered to past life to classic hypnosis to help folks with improving areas of their lives . I am also certified in the NADA protocol that helps with relief in withdrawal in addictions. I have 25 years experience in private practice.
I am also an SAP ( substance abuse professional)
I help folks with many areas of life specializing in addictions, grief, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, major decisions balancing their life, spirituality and growth .

My InspirationMy brother passed when I was 13 years old- I can’t from a family of 6 kids. It changed me profoundly and I was entering high school. Life took many twists and turns . I feel I took the long way or the Hardwicke way. I didn’t want anyone else to have my experiences - they were difficult. On that road I learned every single person is here on this earth for their very own experience that is uniquely theirs. I’ve learned we are supposed to enjoy this short trip here ... walk through the fear.
