About me

After experiencing a variety of intense traumatic situations growing up, I decided to devote my life to helping people heal. I believe the body can heal itself if we give it the right environment, information and a holistic approach that encompasses all areas of life and gets to the root cause of an issue rather than just addressing the symptoms.

I have over 20 certifications in alternative and holistic healing therapies and have been working with clients since 2007. My passion is in helping people heal from anything that is challenging their health. I also love spending time with my children, seeing live music and creating art. When I am not doing any of those, you can find me soaking up the healing energies in nature.
