About me
Hey there! My name is Sarah, and I'm excited to be here.
A few years ago, in a mothers circle, I was recommended a book that shifted my life in a transformative way. The book led me to the Institute of Feminine Arts, divinely timed to register for their upcoming Womb Awakening Apprenticeship. I’ve been studying with them since then— continuing with a facilitator training, receiving certification in Womb-Hara Massage, and sitting through the apprenticeship program again for deeper medicine.
