About me
I understand what it feels like to feel unsure of yourself, disconnected, without a clear direction in your life.
We’ve all heard the saying, “When one door closes, another opens”. For me, that open door came in the form of a gift certificate for a free polarity session as a thank you for applying for a job I didn’t get (in the office of a massage school). The Polarity Session I had left me feeling clearer, balanced and with more energy.
That session inspired me to become a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist so I could do this work with others, and help to facilitate wholeness.
Now, I’m so grateful to be able to work with even more people through Body Mind Mentoring and
Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. These amazing bowls offer the experience of deep peace and pure bliss.
Over the years working with mentors and receiving my own bodywork, I have reconnected with the innate intelligence of my own body, found clarity in life, and found my voice. Finding my voice was huge for me -- it allowed me to step out of and beyond my comfort zone and pursue things I never would have dreamed of.
You too can find your voice, direction and purpose, living the life you know in your heart you were meant to live. It would be my honor to be your guide on your journey to wholeness.
