My journey into the world of holistic healing began after a transformative experience volunteering at a birth clinic in Indonesia. Coupled with my own personal healing journey, this ignited a passionate desire to pursue a career in medicine and wellness. Initially, I thought I would become an OBGYN, and spent three years apprenticing with an osteopathic physician while enrolled in a pre-med program. This experience provided me with a solid foundation in allopathic medicine, upon which I have built a deeper understanding and appreciation for the subtler aspects of healing.

It was during my apprenticeship that I first discovered the power of Craniosacral Therapy (CST). I witnessed patients with complex pathologies experience seemingly miraculous healing, and realized the inseparable connection between our physical, mental, and emotional selves. Though I initially struggled to understand how such a light touch modality could facilitate such profound physiological changes, experiencing the benefits firsthand through my own CST sessions solidified my curiosity and dedication to this work.

In a leap of faith, I withdrew my medical school application and committed myself fully to the study and practice of Craniosacral Therapy. While this radical change in direction was intimidating, I knew it was the path that aligned with my heart's calling.
