About me
I have been working with people to create health and wellness in their lives for over 30 years. Initially serving individuals through an Occupational Therapy scope of practice, both in mental and physical rehabilitation, expanding treatments to include modalities arising from several different philosophies of healing, to include yoga and yoga therapy. I also include Energy Medicine practices, helping people tap into their nervous system for greater healing. This background allows me to meet my clients needs with the best opportunities to heal and meet their health and wellness goals.
