About me
I combine a mix of modalities in my practice, working with each person from a mind-body-spirit perspective to guide you in connecting to your authentic self and your innate healing process. Some of the approaches I use in my practice include Dreamwork, Guided Imagery & Visualization, Active Imagination, Hypnosis, Energy Work, and SoulCollage®. I love to equip my clients with the tools to practice self-healing and to develop intuition and energy awareness. I work with individuals as well as small groups.
