About me

About meHi! My name is Caryn and I am so excited to work with you! I absolutely love helping people facilitate their own healing. I am trained in many different modalities and I utilize the mall when we work together!

By trade I am a master esthetician for the last 15 years, but in the last few years I have added in a few more tools to my belt!

I started by getting certified to be a master in NLP, life coaching, reiki and hypnosis. Then added in EFT and breathwork! I mainly did this initially for my own healing and evolution. Once I saw what it did for my own life I knew I needed to use it to help others!

I have utilized plant medicines for many years, from psilocybin to ayahuasca. They each have their own energies and harness a great ability to help people. SO I added in retreat host and integration coach to my skills as well!
